Q: I think I won a prize at the 2019 Event. Who do I call?
A: Check the "2018 Winners" in the EVENT tab above. We will post the winners on that tab within 48 hours of the event conclusion. If your number is on there, you are a winner. All winners WILL be contacted by Midian Shrine within 30 days of the event.
Q: My grandson is 14 years old, can he attend?
A: Yes. A $20 admission ticket, valid for entry only, is required for everyone from age 5 to 17.
Q: Do I need to have my ticket the day of the event?
A: Yes. In order to be admitted into the venue on the day of the event, you must show your ticket or purchase one at the door. There are NO exceptions.
Q: I am working the event, do I need to have my ticket?
A: If you do not have a ticket, Nobles and Noble's Ladies must be on the approved work list to receive their worker's lanyard for entry. You can sign up for a work shift at Midian's Front Desk.
Q: Do I have to be present at the event to win?
A: No! You do not need to be present for any of the main event prizes. Winners will be notified. We will ship to a FFL Dealer if you are out of the area. You MUST be present to win any of the raffles going on inside the event. We will call an inside winner 3 times. If no one steps forward, we will draw another ticket.
Q: When is the 2019 event?
A: August 3, 2019. Doors open at 12:00 noon. Event will conclude at 6:00 pm.
Q: Are tickets for sale online?
A: Tickets for the 2019 event are on sale now. You can also purchase by calling Midian Shrine at 316-265-9676 through Friday, August 2, 2019 at 4 pm or you can purchase tickets at the door of the event.
Q: Can anyone attend the event? Or is it just for Shriners?
A: Yes! It is open to the public. You must have an event ticket to gain entrance; tickets will also be for sale at the door.
Q: Who do the ticket proceeds go to? Who are the Shriners?
A: All proceeds will benefit the Shrine General Funds of Midian, and are not deductible as a charitable donation. Click HERE to read more about the Midian Shrine.
Q: Will there be food at the event?
A: Yes, there will be food and refreshment at the event, while it lasts. If you purchase your ticket before the event, it will assist us in planning.
Q: Are the event tickets tax deductible?
A: No, the event tickets are not tax deductible as charitable tax contributions. All proceeds are for the benefit of Midian Shrine Centers.

A: Yes. You can print it from the website or print the website pages. Click HERE for a link to the flyer/poster.
Q: Where can I read the "fine print" about the event?
